2. Online Store and Subscriptions
We offer both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription (e.g., Millionaire Focus supplement or WARPATH Elite), you authorize automatic recurring billing until canceled. Subscription fees are billed every 30 days or according to the plan selected.
Cancellations: You may cancel a subscription at any time via your member dashboard or by contacting us at support@philip-johansen.com
Refunds: Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for specific terms related to eligible products and timeframes.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information for all purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of your account. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders, and we may notify you using the contact details you provide.

All content on our websites and within our products including but not limited to text, images, branding, product names, coaching frameworks, videos, and designs—is owned or licensed by WARPATH BRANDS LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Products and services (including coaching slots and supplement stock) may be limited, and we reserve the right to refuse or limit any order. We may also modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice.

6. Affiliate, Coaching, and Messaging Compliance
If you participate in any affiliate marketing, coaching programs, or use any messaging platforms connected to our Services, you must comply with all relevant laws, including:
